Dr. Joel Rhodes has 35 years of experience in the education field. Rhodes spent 20-plus years at Southeast Missouri State University, where he has served as a professor and associate dean of the college of Humanities, Social Sciences, History and Anthropology. Additionally at SEMO, he has served as the assistant director for the Center for Regional History and Cultural Heritage.
